Antioxidant Salad Dressing

  • 1 tsp. Botanical Treasures®
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Blend for 1 minute and toss with a salad.
  2. For extra ­flavor add anchovies and/or pomegranate molasses.
