Quick Post-Workout Smoothie

After your workout, promote lean muscle development and optimize recovery with a delicious smoothie including Beyond Whey!

INGREDIENTS:


  • 1 scoop Beyond Whey Purchase Beyond Whey
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen peach slices
  • 1–2 cups almond milk
  • 1/2 inch slice of fresh ginger or a sprinkle
  • of cinnamon, depending on your
  • preference
  • Optional honey to taste
  • Optional coconut oil for added fats


DIRECTIONS:


Adjust liquids to your preferred consistency, and blend until smooth. Use a blender or electric hand mixer for easy blending and to prevent clumping.
