 Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working marketing assistant/coordinator to support the marketing team in executing and implementing marketing programs to support the company’s growth objectives. The primary focus of the marketing assistant will be to provide support with content marketing coordination, project tracking, digital marketing, communications, maintenance of marketing collateral, and general marketing administration. The ideal candidate for our marketing assistant position is confident, can manage multiple projects concurrently, is calm under pressure, and self-motivated to complete tasks on a deadline with little supervision.

Objective and Overall Responsibility

Supports marketing managers to execute and implement marketing programs and business objectives.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Online Marketing:

  • Maintain and update content on Natura websites (commerce site and Natura EDU): image uploads, product info, pricing, out-of-stocks, promotions, educational resources, blogs, etc.
  • Generate reports for Constant Contact email campaigns, GoToWebinar product trainings and educational webinars, and Google Analytics for both websites
  • Maintain customer contact lists and databases across all platforms, including Natura EDU, Constant Contact, GoToWebinar, and Unbounce
  • Coordinate webinar production through content updates, scheduling, editing, uploads, call list generation
  • Coordinate scheduled and rolling product listing updates on all reseller sites (product info updates – image, supp facts, descriptions)

Print Marketing:

  • Maintain and update content and imagery on all printed materials including product literature (product and tech sheets, research papers, catalog), product labels, company forms (order forms, price sheets, business cards, letterhead, etc.) and other marketing collateral
  • Coordinate the timely development, delivery and distribution of project material and campaigns

General Marketing & Administrative Support:

  • Research competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases
  • Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data
  • Maintain and update Marketing Calendar and project tracking tool
  • Content traffic coordination for Natura EDU through tracking and communicating on deliverables from Medical Educator, Medical Editor, R&D and others as needed
  • Oversee Compliance Content approval and timely delivery process
  • Coordinate collateral updates from print to product & EDU websites
  • Maintain digital filing system for all marketing documents, designs, and assets
  • Assist with other marketing projects and initiatives as directed
  • Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading trade publications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business preferred
  • Preferred 2-3 years prior work experience as a marketing associate, administrative assistant, or college equivalence
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, & Outlook
  • Familiarity with Adobe Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Familiarity with WordPress, Magento or other content management and eCommerce platforms a plus
  • Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong attention to details and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and produce results with little supervision
